The historic San Geronimo Lodge Bed and Breakfast Inn was built in 1925 as one of the first resort hotels in New Mexico. This enchanting inn offers 18 various-sized guest rooms, a large dining room and gracious living room. The Lodge has traditional adobe walls, high viga ceilings, rambling verandas, and portals. With three acres of natural landscape, the property boasts apricot, apple, peach, plum, and pear trees and splendid views of Taos Mountain.
The Best of Both Worlds
Town and country, San Geronimo Lodge offers the best of both worlds. The lodge's quiet setting is just two miles from the historic Taos Plaza neighborhood where you can visit museums, galleries and shops, theaters, scenic attractions, festivals and craft fairs. Or, you may opt to stay on the premises surrounded by natural beauty.
The lodge has an interfaith ambiance, welcoming people of every spiritual practice. Many have enjoyed walking our Labyrinth and Prayer Path. We welcome families and their dogs.
Outside, enjoy the open air hot tub year-round and our chili shaped swimming pool from June through September. Inside, start up a game of cards, chess, backgammon, or one of our many board games. Play music on our piano, guitars, or Indian drums. Borrow a DVD from our film connoisseur's collection to watch in your room. Or just sit and read a book from our small library.
San Geronimo provides free WIFI in the public spaces and guest rooms.

Quintessential Taos
"A few weeks back I stayed at the San Geronimo Lodge in Taos. This place is quintessential Taos, and is off the beaten track in a quiet semi-rustic setting. If you like staying in historic properties with character and within budget, check it out." ~Don, Albuquerque (in a newsletter to his professional colleagues)

Winter Stay
"I have been to the San Geronimo Lodge many times in the past but this is the first time with the new owners. While the lodge has always had fantastic charm and a very comfortable atmosphere the new innkeepers have improved on that warmth by being extremely accommodating to our group when we visit. The food is superb and the staff is extremely polite and attentive without being overbearing. I am looking forward to a summer's stay and being back with our group again next winter." ~BedandBreakfast.com |
